Pastor Elam operates in the Five-fold Ministry as the Holy Spirit gives liberty. He is a motivator that expects change and growth that brings productivity in the lives individuals.

His Ministry has drawn the youth to salvation in a unique way, allowing them to worship and praise God with liberty.

He works very close with city officials to bring change in the city and to bring businesses that create gainful employment,  therefore creating growth in the community.
